Z+F at SPAR 2009 in Denver (USA)

Again, Z+F used the opportunity of the highly professional surrounding of the SPAR Conference to introduce and present new technology including its Z+F AutoTargets. In conjunction with SPAR 2009, The Z+F group were also able to attend the 'International Association of Forensic & Security Metrology (IAFSM) workshop. In addition to this, Z+F hosted a User Meeting at SPAR 2009 for Z+F hardware & software customers. The User Meeting provided a platform to introduce and present new technology and to gain customer feedback or suggestions for improvement. The Z+F User meeting was very successful in regards to the number of visitors and overall interest in Z+F. Themed with the motto “Yes, we scan!” Z+F presented
itself at SPAR 2009 as laser scanning specialists of global success.

09/2009	Z+F at INTERGEO® 2009 With more than 16.000 experts from 30 nations, the INTERGEO® 2009 demonstrated impressively that the industry is continuously evolving and that new innovative methods of 3D laser scanning generates high interest for experts from all over the world, even in difficult economical times. Thus hundreds of visitors were attracted by the Z+F booth and embraced the new released products. Furthermore they praised the innovative strength of Z+F as well as longtime business relationships.

02/2009	Z+F at SKANERY LASEROWE in Warsaw (Poland) For the first time on February 24th and 25th 2009 the conference „Geodezyjne technolgie pomiarowe – SKANERY LASEROWE“ took place in Poland. Parallel to the exhibition lectures and software workshops were given by laser scanning specialists. The choosen location, the “Atrium of the Politechnika” offered a very good setting and Z+F used the chance to give a speech and a workshop themselves. Both performances were well-attended meetings and were appraised in a very positive way.

09/2008	Z+F at INTERGEO® 2008 This year with more than 15.000 experts from all continents, the INTERGEO® is again gaining in importance as the international conference and trade fair for geodesy, geoinformation and land management. With its appearance in Hall 7, the innovative company Zoller+Fröhlich impressed not only existing customers but also other interested people. 09/2008	Temple complex of Angkor - stone constructions for eternity? Speech about the restoration work of the German Apsara Conservation Project in Kambodscha At the 4th of September, Z+F invited to listen a speech about the restoration work at the temple complex in Kambodscha. Since 1992, this temple complex is part of the world cultural heritage. The biggest and most important temple of this region ist the so called "Angkor Vat", that is decorated by unique stone sculptures. Because the condition of this sculptures are really alarming, the „German Apsara Conservation Project Köln“ (GACP) tries to work against the fast decay. In march 2002 the first surveying team of Z+F traveled equipped with their 3D laser scanner to Kambodscha to support the research team of Prof. Dr. Leisen. Till today, the 3D laser scanner of Z+F is used within the restoration work.
